Product description:
BD920 wear resistant rubber repair epoxy compound is the two components,black paste,with good thixotropy,it is the elastic material after
curing,with high strength,with strong bonding force to the substrates,abrasion resistant,water resistant,corrosion resistant and aging resistant.
It is suitable for the wear resistant repairing of various rubber products.

Product features:
1.Fast curing at room temperature,it can reduce the downtime effectively.
2.With excellent performance of abrasion resistance,its wear resistance is about 2-3 times more than other rubber repair putty epoxy compound.
3.It can resist intrusion and corrosion of water vapor and other corrosivity medium effectively.
4.It can be adapted to the temperature difference distortion and deformation under load of the equipment.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:do the coarsening treatment for the pending-repair parts,then clean it with cleaning agent,make sure that the surface
should be clean,dry and coarse during construction.

2.The preparation:Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=4:1.

3.Coating:Make the mixed-well materials be coating on the pending-repair parts uniformly.

4.It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below 0℃,should prolong the
curing time then put it into using.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 6 months.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a
non-dangerous product during transportation.

Packaging specification:
Two components,250g/set,Part A: 200g/plastic small box,Part B: 50g/plastic small box.
